hay... same with me, i have heritage in diabetes, so scared when i get totally old, i'll have it.. and hopefully i wont.. its really not good jud... my mom is a diabetic already and she's been suffering too much...

me i'm so scared thinking about my hubby's health now his under supervision of our doctor . He drink tablets every morning . I also did dahon ng ampalaya pakuluan yon ang tubig niya .And also i let him drink buko every morning kc unang-unang sinisira ng diabetes ang kedney kaya natatakot me. Saka his mother was died for a complication of diabetes. Isama mo me sa dasal mo .....
