Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte-- An unaccounted number of Russians and international journalists started arriving here this weekend to participate in the week-long first Siargao Invitational Game fishing Tournament.
The Russians join other foreign anglers from the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea and Australia, who have flock to the crystalline waters of Magpopongko Beach in Pilar Town.
