INGREDIENTS:
ONE PIECE EGG
1CAN.(234 GRAMS.) DEL MONTE FRESH CUT CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1 PACK. (200 GRAMS.) HOTCAKE MIX
2 TSP. MELTED MARGARINE OR COOKING OIL
PROCEDURE:
1.SET GREASE GRIDDLE OR NON-STICK PAN AT MEDIUM HEAT.
2.BET EGG. STIR IN DEL MONTE FRESH CUT CRUSHED PINEAPPLE WITH SYRUP AN OIL, ADD HOTCAKE MIX AND BLEND WELL UNTIL JUST MOISTENED. (NOTE MIXTURE MAYBE LUMPY.)
3.POUR EVERY 1/4 CUP OF MIXTURE INTO THE HEATED PAN. COOK UNTIL BUBBLY AND EDGES ARE DRY. TURN OVER AND COOK UNTIL BOTH SIDE S BECOME GOLDEN BROWN.
SERVE WITH BUTTER AND SYRUP.
MAKES 8 SERVING.
NOTE; GOOD SOURCE OF VITAMIN C- HELPS FIGHT COMMON INFECTIONS.
